Complaints Procedure

If you are unhappy with any aspect of school, then we ask, in the first instance you make your child’s class teacher aware, or one of the deputy headteachers. If your issue is not resolved to your satisfaction, then you can speak to the head teacher. If an issue needs to be investigated, then the headteacher may investigate in the first instance and if the matter is still not resolved, then this may need to be referred to the Chief Executive Officer of The People's Learning Trust to investigate further.
